Hypnosis - 20 Steps to Get Rid of Dog Fear

Most people love dogs but for people who never owned a dog or never been around dogs the very idea of being around a dog is frightening. This fear is compounded by the fact that dogs are known to attack humans. But know no more; enjoy the faithfulness of the most loyal animal without any fear with hypnosis.

But not all dogs attack people. Usually attacks by dogs are restricted to a few breeds of dogs. And attacks by dogs are very few in number. If you have a fear of dogs you can use hypnosis to help you get rid of this fear.

Barking dogs seldom bite is an old but true saying. Yes, it’s true that most dogs bark but seldom do they bite. Barking is simply the dog’s way of communication.

Most people panic when a dog comes near and starts sniffing around. This is only the dog’s way of familiarizing himself with you. Dogs rely on their sense of smell more than anything else.

If you are scared then the dog senses it and will be wary of you. On the other hand if you are cool then the dog will want to get friendly with you.

With hypnosis you can overcome your fear of dogs. Hypnosis replaces irrational fears and anxieties about dogs and replaces them with realistic ones. It helps you to relax around dogs. You will start to feel that dogs are friendly and lovable.

Hypnosis enables you to handle dogs with confidence. It is helpful to get rid of your fear of dogs because are all around us, be it in the park, on the road in a friend’s or relative’s home. No longer you will fear to be around a dog with hypnosis. RELAXATION STATE: This is the first stage of hypnosis. 1. Sit in a calm and comfortable place where you are not at all disturbed.

2. Now simply concentrate on your breathing and feel relax. 3. As I count from 1 to 10 feel relaxed. With every count feel all your fear and phobias going away and away and away. Let no thought of fear disturb and interrupt you.

4. Now you are completely relaxed. You are in the deep state of hypnosis. STATE OF POSITIVE SUGGESTIONS: This is the most important stage of hypnosis where the desired suggestions are made and your subconscious is highly receptive to suggestions in this hypnotic stage. 5. As you have entered the deep state of hypnosis, now your mind and body are completely relaxed. Now your mind is ready to accept the suggestions.

6. Now you have to imagine yourself in a beautiful state where you no more have fear of dogs.

7. You have successfully given up that fear. Now you no longer fear about dogs. The fear is no longer a part of your life.

8. Feel the feeling when you do not fear dogs any more. Just see how you look. Aren’t you looking free and happy? See yourself closely.

9. Now concentrate on the environment, listen to the sounds, feel the atmosphere and smell the things of your surrounding. The atmosphere is pleasant, positive and healthy.

10. Now you don’t have fear of dogs in you. Now you are the master of your own thoughts, your fear does not rule you any more. AWAKENING STATE: This is the last stage of hypnosis where you come out of hypnosis just as in the same way as you wanted yourself to be. 11. Now you are free of smoking. How easy it was give up your fearful attitude with hypnosis! 12. Now you have entered the state of healthy living and you are the not the victim of your fear. 13. Now come back to your original state and become aware of your surroundings.

14. Hear the sounds near you, feel the atmosphere and smell the things around you.

15. Now you are aware of each and every thing that happens around you.

16. Now I will count from 10 to 1 and with every counting feel your awareness coming back to the present situation.

17. With every reverse counting come back to the present situation and as I say 1, open your eyes feelings light, refreshed and healthy.

18. Just observe the things around you and once again summon up the healthy and positive feelings that you experienced when you gave up your fearful attitude in your hypnosis exercise.

19. Now when you recall that feelings, you actually get the intuition from your inner self to give up fear and that inner self is your ‘subconscious mind’.

20. Your subconscious mind asks you to give up your fear because you already gave up fear in your mind. It motivates you to do the same in real. Remember, your life is very precious. So, don’t let any fear restrict stop you from enjoy your life to its fullest sense.
